The Master’ Program is divided into three (3) academic semesters. During the 1st and 2nd semesters, 6 academic subjects are taught, while the 3rd semester is dedicated to elective courses, and the thesis. Participation in all courses, workshops, practical exercises, etc. is mandatory for all postgraduate students (only three (2) absences are excused regardless of reason).
To complete his/her obligations, a postgraduate student has one of the following options:
1st Option
7 courses during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd semesters and a postgraduate thesis during the 3rd semester.

- 3 compulsory courses (during the 2nd semester of studies).
- 1 elective course (during the 3rd semester of studies).
- Master's Thesis (during the 3rd semester of studies).
2nd Option
9 courses during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd semesters.

All courses are three (3) teaching hours per week. Each course is offered once each year, in the fall or spring semester. Course registrations are made on predetermined dates at the PMS secretariat.

The Master’s Program that leads to the acquisition of Master’s Diploma is organized and based on the (provided by art. 14 law 3374/2005) system of transfer and accumulation of credit units. The workload for each master's degree or full-time student is valued at thirty (30) credits per semester and during an academic year is valued at sixty (60) credits. For a student to obtain the master's degree (M. D.) s/he must accumulate a total of ninety (90) credits in three (3) semesters. The SE is responsible for assigning the workload per course.
