Oath forms

The graduation ceremonies for the academic year 2022-2023 will take place live, in the ceremony hall of the AUTH:

• Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:30 am
• Friday, July 28, 2023 at 08:30 am
• Monday, November 6, 2023 at 10:30am

Oath applications will be made exclusively through students.auth.gr up to 20 days before each swearing-in, otherwise it will be transferred to the next, calendar-wise, swearing-in.

The guide for the oath application is attached at the end.

Required supporting documents, which you will attach to the oath application:

1. Library certificate of no book debt (received in your email upon request HERE)
2. Responsible declaration, mandatory through gov.gr with the following text:
   a) I agree to the courses and grades shown on the audit
   b) I did not live in the AUTH student residences.
3. If you lived in the student residences: do step 3.
   Certificate of deletion from the centers of the AUTH

     Those of you who lived in the student residences, because the system has only 2 spaces for attaching files, together with the responsible declaration you will also attach the deletion document from the student residences in 1 single pdf file. Your academic ID will be automatically canceled on swearing-in day.

On the day of the swearing-in ceremony, you will be granted the following free of charge electronically via students.auth.gr:

• Copy of degree
• Certificate of Analytical Score

After the end of the application, you will receive, via students.auth.gr, a confirmation message.

Until the day of the swearing-in, your application will appear pending and will be completed the day after the swearing-in ceremony.

You will only receive the degree and transcript online (the day after the swearing-in ceremony) via students.auth.gr.

After checking the oath application, you can request the certificate of completion of studies via sis.auth.gr.
