Supervisors

For the preparation of a Postgraduate Diploma Thesis, the PC, upon application of the candidate, in which the proposed title of the postgraduate thesis is indicated, the proposed supervisor and a summary of the proposed thesis is attached, appoints its supervisor and establishes a three-member Examination Committee for the approval of the thesis, one member of which is the supervisor.

1. The supervisor for the preparation of the Postgraduate Diploma Thesis is a faculty member of the relevant T.E.F.A.A.A. (Thessaloniki, Serres)
2. Academic memebrs from other educational institutions cannot be the main supervisors of the Master's Thesis, or non-faculty members, but they may be members of the three-member advisory committee.

In cases where a postgraduate student does not find a supervisor for the Master's Thesis, then he/she submits to the Secretariat the MSc a written application to the CC for the appointment of a Supervisor and a three-member Advisory/Examination Committee.
In exceptional cases, if there is an objective impossibility or an important reason, it is possible to replace the supervisor or member of the three-member Examination Committee following a decision of the CC.
